Built to close a gap we kept running into.
Tanzania has no shortage of opportunity in mining, agriculture, technology, or skilled labour — what it has too much of is fragmentation. A mining site needing reliable staffing has to deal with one broker. A farm needing buyers deals with another. A growing business needing basic cybersecurity has to find a specialist, often from abroad. And a job seeker looking for honest work has to wade through agencies that charge fees they were never entitled to.
We started Global Primegates Limited to remove that fragmentation. One company, one standard of conduct, four divisions — Mining, Agriculture, Technology & Cybersecurity, and Recruitment & Workforce — each led by people who know that specific field, all held to the same rule: say what you'll do, then do it, and put it in writing.
The name reflects the idea directly. A “prime gate” is meant to be the main, trusted entrance — not a side door. Whether someone is coming to us for site labour, a supply contract, a security audit, or their next job, they should be walking through the same front gate, into the same accountable company.
